古泰拳 Muay Boran
Muay Boran,古泰拳是一種源遠流長的傳統武術,融合了技巧、戰略和文化,演示了經過世代傳承的泰拳格鬥藝術。Muay Boran被視為擂台泰拳運動的前身,結合了拳打腳踢、肘擊膝撞、近身搏擊和摔交,被認為是現代格鬥運動中許多技巧的基礎。
Muay Boran, known as ancient Muay Thai, is a traditional martial art with a long history. It combines techniques, strategies, and culture, showcasing the generations-old combat art of Muay Thai. Muay Boran is considered the precursor to modern ring-style Muay Thai, incorporating punches, kicks, elbow strikes, knee strikes, close-quarters combat, and throws.
古泰南拳 Muay Chaiya
以步法靈活、招式變化多端及攻防嚴密見稱,擅長以拳腳膝肘配合關節技,運用最少力量,以精準手法打擊對方最脆弱部位,為現今少數仍保留完整體系的古泰拳拳派之一。
Renowned for its flexible footwork, versatile techniques, and tight offense and defense, it excels in combining punches, kicks, knees, and elbows with joint techniques, using minimal force to strike the opponent's most vulnerable areas with precise skill. It is one of the few ancient Muay Thai styles that still maintains a complete system.
泰國刀 Krabi Krabong
泰國刀是泰國武術的兵器體系,以剛猛迅捷,攻防節奏明快,講求實際效用見稱。經常配合古泰拳一起於戰場使用,是古代暹羅戰士在戰場上的作戰憑藉。
Krabi Krabong is a weapon system of Thai martial arts, known for its strength, swiftness, rapid attack and defense rhythm, and emphasis on practical effectiveness. It is often used in conjunction with ancient Muay Thai on the battlefield, serving as the combat system of ancient Siamese warriors.
泰拳 Muay Thai
Muay Thai,被稱為“八肢之藝”的傳統格鬥運動,以強調使用拳、肘、膝和脛骨的打擊技術而聞名。
Muay Thai, known as the "Art of Eight Limbs," is a traditional combat sport renowned for its striking techniques using fists, elbows, knees, and shins.
拳擊 Boxing
Boxing,以節奏明快及拳法組合多變聞名,練習者可以增強手眼協調及身體反應,消脂增肌減重減壓。
Boxing is famous for its fast-paced rhythm and varied combinations of punches. Practitioners can enhance their hand-eye coordination, physical reflexes, burn fat, build muscle, and reduce stress through training in boxing.
近身格鬥術 Close Quarters Combat
「CQC」全稱 Close Quarters Combat,衍生於戰場,主要應對在近距離與眾多敵人搏鬥的情況。Flows以「CQC」技術為基礎,融合南亞武術體系手法,設計出適合亞洲人使用的近身格鬥術體系。
* 完成指定課堂時數及通過考核的學員,可經本館申請由英國特許資歷培訓處(TQUK)頒發之「保鑣防衛戰術二級證書{Certificate in Protection Tactic for Bodyguard(level 2)}」
Close Quarters Combat (CQC) is a tactical fighting system that originated from military battlefield applications. It is designed for engaging multiple adversaries at close range. This course teaches a CQC fighting style that incorporates techniques and principles from various South Asian martial arts traditions. Students will learn an integrated close-quarters combat system optimized for Asian environments and scenarios.
* Students who complete the designated class hours and pass the assessment can apply the "Certificate in Protection Tactic for Bodyguard (Level 2)" issued by the Training Qualifications UK (TQUK) through our institution.
動物流 Animal Flow
結合不同動物運動模式的自重運動,可提升肌力、關節可動性、身體協調性及靈敏度,從而提升各項運動表現。
Combining various animal movement patterns in bodyweight exercises can enhance muscular strength, joint mobility, physical coordination, and agility, improving overall athletic performance.
